Following graduation from Central Connecticut State University, Mike began his insurance career working for The Hartford Group specializing in the AARP Account. He has also worked for John Hancock, Travelers, and Palmer Goodell Insurance Agency over the last 25 years.

In 1993 Mike and Ted Mauro co-founded M&M Group Benefits, Inc. to focus exclusively on selling group insurance programs to large organizations.

His new company, M&M Insurance Now, LLC was formed to serve the needs of individuals as well as businesses.

He volunteers his time for several organizations including: Windsor Youth Sports, Wide Horizons for Children, Connecticut Credit Union Association Financial Reality for High Schools, and Junior Achievement.

Mike holds licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance. Raised in New Britain Connecticut, he resides with his wife and two sons.
